- Tam Tam Added April 22, 2019★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Despite check in being a positive experience we thought the room size was very small and were disappointed with various aspects of our stay. These included the fridge not working, the water pressure was pathetic, the shower didn’t drain properly and the wine glass was replaced with the one used the day before. The male receptionist who was working both Saturday and Sunday morning had complete lack of enthusiasm. Tasteful last impression.

Even offered to store our beers for our tour the next day in their giant kitchen fridge which I thought was nice. Staff always had a smile! Will be back for sure next time we are in airline beach!
- Marc Manzano Added April 10, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I stayed only 1 night with my wife. We paid 179 AUD and the room was pretty small. At night it was very noisy because it’s right next to some pubs. When we checked out, we kindly asked if we could leave our luggage for two days, as we were going to take a sailboat around whitsunday islands. We were very surprised when they said NO, because ‘it was not in the hotel’s policy’. What kind of hotel does not offer locker room service to its customers? It’s something you get anywhere else in the world.

Loved the cleanliness of the room, AC and the cute balcony that overlooks the main street. The service was fantastic with recommendations on what to do in the area, tours and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!
